Professional

Mr. Smith served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force from 1982 to 1987. He has been serving clients in Middle Tennessee since 1987 in the area of civil litigation in all state, federal and appellate courts. In addition, he is a frequent lecturer on litigation and workers’ compensation issues. Mr. Smith works with clients on estate planning and handles probate matters for the firm.


Personal

Mr. Smith is an Eagle Scout who continues to work with the Boy Scouts. Mr. Smith is a member of Resurrection Episcopal Church in Franklin, Tennessee. He is a former collegiate wrestler, Mr. Smith lives in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife Kelly, an interior designer, and their two children.
